This was our first time buying a house and I’m sure this comes as no surprise, we felt completely overwhelmed. Thank goodness Tim was our realtor because he was there to answer all of our many questions along the way. He sent us “cheat sheets” at each step of the process so we were completed prepared for everything to go smoothly. He was also extremely communicative for the surprises that inevitably come up during the home buying process. But above all of that, Tim was so passionate about helping us find our dream home and removing any obstacles from our path to do so.
